  if i could give no stars i would. this is the second time the atm ate my card and never came back out. now i have to report my card lost again and have to wait 3 weeks until a new debit card in the mail (because they are slow with that too) looking for a new bank. this bank is slow, customer service is trash.

  I love this Bank. The tellers, accountants and advisors are so kind and attentive. Even the manager. At this Bank it's quiet, calm and has a trusting feel. I always have memories of my Grandma when I'm here. You know, back in the day, Banks were a serious and quiet place like a library. This location is still like that.

  Only good part of this bank in my experience is the security guard who was very nice I came in the bank to open a business account I had with me my business certificate and my tax ID I was told that I needed to bring my phone bill for the business and my invoice for the business in order to I found it very strange because I came in the day before and I didn't have my social the woman told me all I needed was to bring my ssn card and she's going to open the account I came back that wasn't the case I was told I needed my invoice, my business phone bill which I don't understand why but I left that bank the same day I went to chase bank with my ssn card, my business certificates my tax ID and my account was open in like 20 minutes thanks to Chase bank

  This is the worst flipping bank ever. Very poor customer service, no matter what time you go in or how long the line is theres only one teller actually working

  Always a line never more then 2 tellers ...most of there clients are older people they should never have to wait ... more employees is needed in this place
