  By far one of the worst pawn shops I have encountered! A stolen ring of mine was pawned under this establishment and with a detective involved they want to rob the victims money to purchase their item back. Instead of charging me what they bought the expensive item for they jack the price up an extra $600. They only care for the money not remotely the heartache or hurt the individual is and has been going through trying to get their personal item back. With my case I've been to multiple pawn shops to restore my personal items back into my possession and not one has raised the price of the item for it to get purchased and returned to the owner for the price they paid the thief for. I have been working with this pawn shop for 2 months and all I get told is we will talk to the owner. But not once has an employee contacted me back in regards to the stolen property issue or even the owner for that matter. Not to mention the customer service needs work as not one but two of their employees yell back at the customer who is trying to get their stolen property back. I definitely will NOT be a returning customer but the pawn shops whom treated me with the best respect and helped me get my stolen property back in a timely manor and for what the price should be I will definitely be a long term customer.

  Best pawn shop in the area. The staff is friendly and very straight forward when it comes to the bottom line on prices; which I appreciate because I hate to haggle. Just let them know what you are willing to spend, and they will get you a good deal. The pricing is competitive with ebay and almost always $10 or more under name brand store prices especially when it comes to electronics or tools. Ask for Don if you are in the market for any music equipment - he's very knowledgeable and personable! I advise anyone looking for fine jewelry to shop here too! The manager, Casey, is very friendly, fair, and will get you a great deal on gold and jewelry for any occasion! Overall great experience pawning my items or buying what I need at Pontiac Brokers.

  Have been to this business several times over the last few years, various items purchased from electrical/manual instruments and audio devices, to sporting equipment and power tools. No issues with any purchases, and the prices they've offered have been compatible with, if-not better than, some of the other stores in the area. Looking forward to returning soon.

  Went in just to look around. My son bought a great guitar for a decent price and I bought a very nice computer as well. Exceptional service from Casey and her dad. Go see them soon. They go out of their way to help for sure.

  I have been going to this pawnshop for 25 years, As far as pawnshops go this one is better than most remembering that you get what you pay for. My first purchase was a 12 gauge shotgun with scope for $200. I currently missed my payment on my guitar by one day, I hope Monday I can make a payment. If not then my comment may change.

  I’ve been to all the pawn shops in this area and this place has BY FAR the most polite and respectful staff. Store is organized, prices are negotiable. They don’t treat you like you’re a bother like the store down the street. I will continue to shop here in the future.

  Terrible I went there with a gift card for my birthday n bought a psp got home plugged it in to charge turned it on and i tried to log into psn and the screen went black and shut off on me now every time I turn it on goes black n shuts off all the old man had to say to me was it was somehow my fault possibly n there's nothing he can or is going to do for me oh and sorry for the bad luck. My suggestion is to go nxt door I went in there after that told them my store and the hooked me up Pontiac brokers they are some jokers!!! Unhappy was long time customer...

  I recently bought a GPS from Pontiac Brokers and have been very pleased with the purchase. The staff was friendly and I got a very good deal on my purchase. I'll continue to shop there in the future.

  One of the worst. Your scheduled to open at 9:30 I get there at 9:40 and is told y’all need another 30mintues. Give you 30mintues only to turn around and say you need another 10 minutes beyond unprofessional. You better off changing your business hours at 10:30 since 9:30 doesn’t work for y’all obviously. Especially if your adult we do everything on a time frame.

  They have an amazing jewelry selection and by far the bets priced on power tools.. The store is jam packed with good items!
