  We worked with Point Mortgage for 6 months (with high hopes mind you on a recommendation from a friend) and we unfortunately did not make any significant progress. I had really high hopes and was excited to buy a house with this company as I heard great things, but sadly nothing came of it besides the unproductive time that passed.

  We love these People from Point Mortgage. Kimberly England was our Loan Officer and working with her has made our loan process a smooth and fun experience. She truly cares about your needs and she went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information required to make the right decisions. We highly recommend her and her team, anyone would be lucky to have her as their Loan Officer.

  I don't have words to describe how thankful I am for Kim England and her team. My loan and escrow processes were so smooth, zero worries, communication being a huge factor. Kim was very punctual sending the information and even little videos to know what to expect next. Furthermore, anytime I had a question, it was answered immediately. I highly recommend them, excellent customer service, always pleasant and helpful.

  Kim helped me get a loan on a house back in 2009 when we were moving back from Arizona and I never forget how she made the process easy and seamless while other lenders were paranoid and we even lost a deal at the last minute because the underwriter had a different name and SSN while trying to verify my job... Kim has since helped with any questions that I've had even when I wasn't using her services... recently she helped me with a refinance of my house which involved a lot of coordination with various parties and a SBA lender using my house as a collateral... she got me a smoking deal and we just closed about a week ago! needless to say, that she is one of the best in the industry and there is absolutely no reason to look elsewhere if you're looking for mortgage lending services. even if you're offered lender credit by going with a certain company I would still check with her first... chances are your so called "credit" ends up being a higher rate and your savings are not much of a saving after the first year. You only need to have had a couple of mortgages to really know what I'm talking about... good luck and check in with her first before your time is wasted with a bunch of incompetent so called "professionals" out there :)
