  I would suggest making an appointment before coming to this branch. I have been sitting in my car now for almost 2 hours waiting to see a banker. I checked in on my phone around 1115am, and it's now 106pm and I'm still sitting here. I chose to sit here because I work long hours, and I took today off to get some errands done, but this is ridiculous. Eventually I had to get out the car and go into the branch for assistance. They apologized and told me that they didn't know how this happened but it was unacceptable.

  Really bad service they are not available to notarize a waiver even when the corp account is with them! The girl who supposed to help the people she always find a reason to say not” I can’t do that due you didn’t do an appointment” Sara her name.

  I repeat do not sign up to use this bank. I know why they’re selling because they do not know how to operate. Went to the ATM machine at the location in Lewisville Texas put my debit card in the ATM machine and it never gave it back to me I spoke to the gentleman inside he took my ID and said there was nothing they could do. Please tell me what kind of customer service this is? So now they can’t even tell me how long it’ll be before I get my debit card back. Do not give your money to this bank

  One of the worst banks I've ever been with. They lie about everything. The customer support over the phone is no help at all. There is no reason as to why they should be holding money when the lady at the bank said "For the first 30 days, we will hold your checks after that you will be fine." How about I've had this account opened for more then 30 days and they are still holding money because I haven't been here for a full year. I'm so tired of being lied to. And I will be switching to a different bank. Will never refer someone here at all

  Came in today to open a business account. Sat and waited over 30 min for them to tell me the person that deals with business accounts is not in until next week. What a waist of my time time. I could've been at another bank!!! This is the first and last sign.....on to the next.

  DO NOT BANK HERE!!!!!! just had a bad experience here with a teller, I do not know his name, he is Hispanic and skinny, I have been deposited my own business checks from another bank into my personal account in BBVA for a short period of time (7 checks already) signing pay to the order of my name, I bank at chase , Texas Legacy bank, they do not have any problem with my deposits, in fact I have deposited checks at BBVA in Irving, TX branch with no problems at all BUT today this guy straight out told me " I cannot deposit your check sorry " . I told him that the teller next to him has deposited 3 checks already with no issues and he still told me no way , no possible. Well, I got in my car and drove on Mccarthur all the way down to I-635 and the teller told me "you are welcome to deposit your check, I do not have any problem with that " .

  Eugene Kong was seriously exceptional!!! Such a pleasant and knowledgeable banker and I couldn't have imagined a better experience if I tried. Thank y'all so very much. I will be back.

  I go to this branch time to time, manager is never available when I need/want to see him. Also this branch was only bbva branch I've seen without waters for customer nor coffee and snack. Whoever is responsible for this branch's fund must be so stingy because I happened to ask other branches when I visited them about how is it that other branches provide condiments and this specific branch doesn't? The rep said the rep has no idea how but supposedly each branch gets funds for branch use. So I wonder where that funds go? Keep em in the bank? Tellers are nice but of course sometimes there're some questions and matters that can be handled by branch manager but like I mentioned, he's never there when I need him. Even he came back from paternity leave supposedly? I wanna see if I can get a job here because the manager was gone since sometime in August and came back recently according the the employees, over 2 months of vacation sounds sweet.

  Super slow service . I went in the drive through to make two deposits. There’s three clerks and I’m the only car. Why am I here 20 minutes? Pointless drive through I ended up doing my second portion inside the building only to have the clerk ‘Melanie’ to become argumentive. Wow. I come here daily to do deposits for a franchise and I have will never come back to this location because apparently they want you to hang out and talk(????) BYE.

  On 1-8-20 at 2:05pm, Went into the branch trying to open an account because my current bank has customer service issues and wanted to switch When I walked in no one greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. I sat on a chair in the front where everyone can see that I needed assistance but still nothing. Waited more than 25 mins but still nothing. Just got fed up and left, I’ll take my business somewhere else.
