      I was extremely frustrated not to be able to exchange some $50 bills for smaller denominations. While I understand my irrational fear of the ATM isn’t *the bank’s* problem, I honestly thought it would be better to ask them to exchange them for me. Nope… they just pointed me to the ATM and told me that I would have to do a deposit/withdrawal. This is the last time I’ll try and use this particular branch.

      Complete waste of time Stopped by to discuss student load consolidation / refinance only to be handed a brochure with a number to call. Branch banking? What's the point? Just put up a billboard with a web address and phone number. And I'm a PNC customer!

      Never in my life will i be going to this pnc bank their rude and not willing to help a customer that has been with pnc for 8 years i had a family emergency and i needed to withdraw money. I was told that the computer was down and before i even had a chance to ask her if anyones else computer was working she was on the phone and ignored everything i said .

      The atm never work, they have no drive-thru, why they keep this branch open I don't know.
