  Came in to open a checking acct at 9:30am. There was ONE other person in the bank cashing a check. Karen told me I should’ve made an appt and made me wait outside for 18 mins before she called me back in all while the bank lobby remained empty. Clearly I was putting Karen out and she felt revengeful for me not scheduling. Needless to say, I never opened that acct. Highly recommend Space Coast CU;)

  I've been dealing with PNC for the last 15 years. The last four of them with New Smyrna Beach PNC. Everyone has been great there, Karen has been especially helpful. I went to hesitate for a second to open up an account there.

  Nice people. Just don't like how they broadcast your personal business as to why you are there in the lobby, by the one who stands in the lobby floating around. Now that you have to ask for withdrawal slips to handle your personal business. I doubt I will ever use them for my banking for my professional business. I always try to avoid using this branch for this reason.

  We have had issues but always resolved the issues. The people that work there a very nice. Karen has been very helpful and knowledgeable. I also do not like having to ask for withdrawal slips. Their on line computer system need alot of work seems to be down alot. Everyone is friendly.

  Tried to open an acct today before work. Pulled into parking lot and within 10 minutes my car was surrounded by police wanting to know why i was in the parking lot 20 minutes before they open. Apparently one of the “workers” didnt like the look of my Honda CRV. Train your staff better. Absolutely ridiculous that you cant hire people with common sense.

  worst bank i ever had to cash a check at.. very mean people.. dont care bout how they treat u.. most unpleasant people... they dont want to work... the woman who helped me would have been fired if she worked for me... it sucks i even have to give a 1 star rating just to post this review... my rating is a negative across the board...

  Worst bank ever they want to charge 2 % to cash a check This is ridiculous it should be illegal to charge that much money for cashing a check. Will never recommend this bank to anyone.

  Always treated me good was blessed love this
