      Never experienced more personable customer service and assistance than with Jordan Stafford recently. Seriously considering moving our family's banking over to Jordan.       I went to PNC this morning, had a lot going on on with my account. spoke to Becky Trowbridge, she was ready to help me, she even went out of her way to do what was needed to resolve my issues. She was really nice, kind and I do appreciated the way she handle the situation. I really hope there would be more people out there like Becky who would be willing to do more than what is ask for.       Honestly i hate pnc I've had ongoing issues with my account for awhile Justin is my go to guy who knows the situation and gets it taken care of but i shouldn't have to call the bank and deal with fraud every month ....i can't wait till my account is fixed and i can switch banks 6 years of a mess with pnc.
