Great and helpful customer service, nice people. The buildings has a nice waiting area, staff encourages you to have hot tea or coffee while you wait. PNC Bank has a great banking system. I can check all of my accounts online or on the app, which is easy to understand. I switched from Nextier and I couldn’t be any more happy with my PNC Bank service!

This bank is nothing but problems. There are so many issues and mix ups. Since most of the old staff is gone, it has really went downhill. I would look elsewhere.
