  Horrible experience they wouldn't let me take my money out the bank the managers are very rude and disrespectful i wouldn't recommend this bank to no one.

  Worse bank ever....on may 11 2017 I deposited a check in my brothers account which they gave me no problem when I was doing it they made a copy of my ID and​ hand us a receipt and we left...few days later I tried taking money from the ATM to pay my bills it wouldn't let me so I gave it 3 more days later when I tried taking money out it still​wouldn't let me, I ended up asking ppl to borrow money just to go through the days..after a another​ week passed I decided to go to the bank when I went I was told it was mailed to me so I left...I waited for 10 days still no check mind you the whole time I have ppl and bills that are overdue...to make a Long story short I ended up going there a few time each time it's the same thing the check been mailed out...so today which is June 2 ...June second have in mind I deposited the check since May 11 I went there one last time I was sooo upset they made me wait for an hour just to talk to the manager,when I finally get to speak to her(Tania)she immediately apologize and said they had the check in the office the whole time I can have access to it now only if I open a account 😕, they had me looking for it calling post office to ask them if they have it, I got sent to collection because they wanted me to open a account...I am so pissed and feel like they force me to open the account ...,😣😣 I was in the process of fixing my credit thanks PNC for putting me back in debt,I will look into a lawyer I feel like I was taking advantage of....

  Refuses to do anything unless you have a personal account with them. Terrible treatment of people that work in the same parking lot....
