      If you’re not a PNC customer they will not help you at all. I’m a business owner and I can’t have accounts at every bank in the nation. I have a large check I’m trying to verify funds and no one will help. This is helpful though…. I know now I never want to be a PNC account holder.

      Save yourself the headache!!!!!!! My husband went and opened an account, and we both went together to add myself onto the same account one day later. EIGHT DAYS later and I STILL don’t have access to this account. According to customer support, this branch still hasn’t submitted the proper paperwork despite promising multiple times it was handled. The employee we dealt with initially, Alex, never bothered to submit our paperwork, and then the manager likewise never submitted our paperwork. No worries! We will gladly take our new business to a competent bank. Would keep my money under my mattress before trusting PNC.

      Worst customer service on the planet! Came to the branch, it was completely empty. And three employees were there. Yet they couldn’t accomplish what I needed and gave me some lame excuse. Closing the account and moving on a different bank. So happy about my decision.
