      I found the staff very friendly and helpful. Opening up new accounts for my son and I was very easy. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because they don't have chairs for bigger clients like me. I had to stand while opening my new account.

      I am very unhappy due to this bank. I have been dealing with pnc banking over the last 15 or more years . I have been your customer with that been said. You denied me not only once but twice on a emergency loan. Whatever happen to giving that person a chance before denying them. You want money coming in but not out & I trusted this bank. Thank you for your service.
