      I'm so happy a PNC branch finally opened in Boston! I love this bank and I've been a customer for almost a decade. I went in to set up a new account and Khadija and Euro were wonderful. They were helpful and kind, and Euro explained everything in detail and made the whole thing a quick and easy process. Highly recommend!

      Two thumbs down! No teller. If I wanted machines I would bank with Capital One. To cash a check, and get a check made for me, took 30+ minutes. AVOID PNC in Massachusetts if you need to visit a teller from time to time. I have a PNC account from when I lived in Ohio, btw. I bank with Santander, in MA, and highly recommend.

      Trash Bank. Got lied to by Jorge Reyes today who was desperate to sign us up for an account. Said my check couldn't be cashed though it was from PNC bank itself. Said it couldn't be signed over to someone to deposite either. Went to another bank and they were more than happy to help us. Gave my gf and I 3 buisness cards of his in a matter of 5 min. Check cashing fee is absolutely ridiculous too. Beware and stay far away.

      I've had PNC for close to 6 years now maybe longer . Course that's been in North Carolina. I've yet to try the new ones in mass. But as a bank the have always been 110 percent with me

      Lied, drove an hour and they do not cash checks written out from Progressive Bank even though PNC is the Bank, called last night and they do not accept them even though they said they did on the phone.
