      Worst bank to exist on my 13 years of banking, i’ve been banking since they bought out BBVA, and to my every experience with them has been ignorant, have over draft fees, cashing check fees, a 24 hour delay on depositing checks, pending transactions up to 2-3 days, i dont recommend this bank whats so ever to anybody!

      Do not use this bank they are not small business friendly they will charge you if you don't keep a minimum of $500 in account.

      Manager Tania doesn't know the job as a teller so I'm giving 0 stars, not 1/2 not even 1. Manager Tania as a 2nd time she couldn't help my needs, waited in line for 25 minutes because the people in front of me, Tania couldn't figure out their needs either and finally she finished, does she gets nervous as a teller. How can she be the Manager of a big bank, she's mean to 75% of people that walk into the bank, but she continues to be the Manager, maybe she knows high people in the line of the bank, she needs to go back to learn the ropes of a teller ASAP. The other tellers are fast, know their duties, treat people with respect and happy all the time.

      Love this bank but ATM never work got charge 6.00 to use the atm inside Albertsons. Inside heb in 42nd st there's a bbva atm but it doesn't work neither, neither does the bbva atm outside the bank in 42nd. I think their free atm is a scam because they never work, but I guess it's free checking so I guess thats how they get there money ? Thats the only down side that's why I give it a 3 star.
