  PNC not like it used to be. Not personal at all. Make an appt, text a number, wait for a prompt, wait for an email...was told you could've called customer service". HA! I had and waited and waited for some one to answer and it never happened. Is it more important to steer away you customers of MANY years just because you are afraid to handle a minor task in real person? When you go in these banks, it's like walking into a funeral parlor. Even the tellers are non-professional. Everyone has become a number. Walking away a dollar at the time!

  I love PNC and usually am more than happy with their services ~ however today I fear I have been the subject of discrimination. I am an almost 60 year old caucasian female. I am absolutely certain that the color of my skin was a determining factor in the treatment I received this morning. I left the branch in tears. SHAME on you! I see people, not skin color, you should try to do the same.

  Very friendly and helpful employees. When I walk in, it's like I'm Norm on Cheers because everyone knows my name and greets me!

  Awesome help here from staff and branch manager Mrs Miller is a great person to talk to if u need anything pnc related. I'll always come back and spread the word!

  I DONT LIKE IT THEY ARE LIARS THWY GAVE US TWO DIMES IN THE SIDE AND EVERYTHING ELSE PENNIES IN A DIME ROLL.OH HORRIBKE DONT COME HERE THEY DONT GIVE U THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF CHANGE
