  Awful service! Awful follow-through actions. Despite the fact they had the best refi rates from all the companies we inquired from... they were unable to answer thorough questions. I was practically begging them to take my money. I am shocked at their incompetence!

  The service at this location is AWFUL!!! There's a person at the door who does absolutely nothing. I've tried making appointments but i always end up waiting at least 20 minutes regardless. They did give me a few answers for my questions but even then, the lady had to make a phone to get the information I was looking for. Horrible. Hence why I am a chase customer.

  I remember when this was a Bank of America. They used to have a plate of cookies and coffee in the waiting area. Then they stopped after the conversion into PNC
