  I was depositing cash money into the drive thru atm when the machine malfunctioned and ate my money. I went to the branch to get this resolved and they told me that I would have to contact my bank. They would not be able to look at the tapes or balance to atm to see if there was an overage. It's PNC's crappy ATM. They should be able pull the video to see what happened and reimburse me right then and there.

  PNC Bank is the worst bank ever! They jipped us out of $600 due to a transaction error on their part which they claim it is the stores fault where the transaction came from. No sympathy whatsoever! As long as they get their money they dont care about anything or anyone. Will NEVER do business with this bank ever again. Filing a lawsuit too! Make sure this bank doesnt put your money where the sun dont shine and tell you it is your fault for the errors they made.

  They are always friendly. They are fast and efficient. I really like this bank.

  Rude to customers, bank gossips about customers while in the bank. PNC also has rude staff, keep your money out of this bank and save yourself the games they play with customers.
