Essam Suleiman1I've been doing business with PNC for more than 15 years even before they changed their name to PNC. this branch is not the one you want to visit. the lady who takes the calls is rude and unpolite. I don't recommend going there.

Sarah1Why have a call button at the drive up lanes if you are never going to answer? I had lost my debit card and was going to get a new one before work and I didn't know what forms of information they needed from me so I hit the call button to ask before sending the tube to them....I waited and waited and pressed the call button again, still nothing. I waited in line before this too just to get up there and with their no reply, I had to leave so I was not late for work. And I am still left without a debit card.

Michelle McNanney5I misplaced my debit card and had called customer service (not this branch) to place it on hold. The guy must have entered it wrong and cancelled my card instead. Gina helped me reactive my found, but damaged card, and replace it with the same number (a huge plus for me). She was very friendly and had a great sense of humor, and was quick to problem solve. This branch is slightly out of my way but I'll be coming back again!

darmy7135An older gentleman helped me quickly with my debit card replacement. We had some great conversation and made me remember the days when people used to chit chat and talk! I will return to this location whenever I can.

Brian Sanders2Forget going here. Go to another branch. One teller working the window with tons of cars coming, it was not her fault, she tried to help me as I waited in the Lobby. Several more customers came in, tellers magically appeared out of nowhere and helped the other customers clearly overlooking me. Tried to call them on the phone, forget it, waited over 10 minutes then hung up. Go elsewhere.

Danielle Kale4The tellers are very kind. I had to cash a check here for $10 fee I thought was excessive, which is why PNC did not earn five stars. However, the service was very good.

B Fishing1Not recommended. Service is slow, and they like to add fees onto accounts. Good location and the building is very nice looking, but that doesn't make up for the problems.
