  I am relatively new to the area, having just moved back to Illinois from Texas, and was looking for a bank in the area, already having had a bad experience with a competitor around the corner. Then I located PNC, on Geneva Road in Carol Stream, and found they had a promo online, which I enrolled. All was good until I encountered a small glitch in my direct deposit that I thought would affect the promo and my new relationship. Well low and behold, up stepped Jake Delort, the VP Branch Manager, and what could have been a HUGE problem, became one of the most rewarding and satisfying experiences I have ever had with customer service. This gentlemen was a first class professional, who gave me not only service and satisfaction, but a reputable and quality first impression. He should be recognized and rewarded accordingly, for I now view PNC as my primary institution, and look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship. Thanks Jake for going the extra mile, which truly made the difference, and a BIG win vs a tough loss of business ! You are truly what industry service is all about !! Keep it up !

  This branch was unable to make reasonable modifications to their usual ways of doing business when serving people with disabilities. The manager here discriminates against members of our community with disabilities. Avoid this bank, save yourself the hassle especially if you have elder family member with special needs. They force patients with dementia / Alzheimer's to answer security questions. Shame on this branch and its managers.

  Been banking with this branch for over 5 years and whenever I've had any issues or problems they were very helpful in taking care of it and making sure I was satisfied. Good bank and helpful staff. Their Polish speaking staff is phenomenal.

  Worst place to bank with. If u have an account with them close it. First of all, the customer service is terrible. Next, you will have money in your account when you go to bed. However, when u get up... your account will be overdrawn with fees charged. I deposited $200 to cover my transactions of $110. I woke up with -20 in my account. Got charged about 130 in overdraft. Closing my account as we speak.

  My Favourite bank of all time. This branch in particular is amazing, "Afredo" is the best banker I have ever come across.

  The drive up ATM is the slowest I've ever used. 5 minutes to deposit one check. This isn't the first time either. I'm writing this review while my transaction processes.
