Completely understand being short staffed, but why not have your atm’s in full operation to pick up the slack. Really doesn’t make any sense.

The ATM took my check I call to inquired how to get back my funds because funds was never deposit into my account but was told to filed a dispute due to covid-19 they're not allowed to access ATM funds. How can I filed a dispute and the check funds is not showing on my account I explain this to the REP. He insisted for me to STILL file a dispute. WOW "really" called on 6/2/2020 Between 11:00am and 12:00 pm. PNC please review the recorded call it seem like this guy doesn't know anything about banking LoL

I had 50 thousand dollars then , went to the this bank today at 3:15pm to open accounts but the bank works told we can open because there is no time to open account , I don't know why for open account need more than one hour , I thought he didn't like me haha.

Useless.... Made me wait a half hour to cash one of there accounts checks then refused because according to them drivers licence and social card does count as id
