Worst experience with a bank! Could care less if you have a issue! I recently relocated to another state and DMV needed info from my car title in order to get my tag, pnc bank holds the title and refused to fax info to DMV here! Pnc bank told me they don't have the title, I financed my car with them so of course they have it!!! I had to pay an outside company ( My Title Support ) to help get a copy from PNC, which they did all while my tag is expired and can't drive my car! This process is taking weeks, could be up to 6weeks total because of PNC Bank (Maria) refusal to cooperate with DMV!!!!!! Take my advice, don't ever finance anything with them unless you're sure you'll never have a hickup and need their help!
