  I am in the process of purchasing a home using Pleasant Valley Mortgage. Rudy Lizardo has been very pleasant, is prompt, reachable, and is excellent at communicating and answering my questions. While I haven't yet completed the home buying experience, I am very impressed so far with how Rudy has taken care of me as if I were his only client. Additionally I am pleased with their rates, and the lack of nickle-dime fees. Rudy gave me several loan scenarios to look at, which helped my wife and I make informed decisions. He was able to estimate closing costs, and explained the entire process with clarity. He took the initiative to do things I never would have thought up, like contacting the title company to negotiate and nail down the final costs. So far, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

  I have been meaning to write a review for some time. I had a great experience with this lender. My family kept warning me about using online lenders for refinancing my loans, but I went ahead. These folks were attentive and professional. They refinanced my home with little hassle and with a great rate. I would recommend them to anybody I know. It would help if you are computer savvy I must say. I could imagine people having difficulty with getting forms by email etc. This was absolutely no issue for me. It was a relief to be able to sign all the documents myself electronically. Much more hassle free than when I purchased the house. Thank you

  My unpleasant experience with this company consisted of deceit, false accusations, and higher fees. The deceit consisted of a lack of pertinent information. I changed the terms of my loan, but wasn't told that the change did not constitute a new loan. Therefore the deadline to process the loan did not start over nor was it extended. This resulted in me having to relinquish a credit of $175.00 (additional fees). The false accusations included Greg Garner claiming I did not supply necessary documents and did not complete a mortgage verification that HIS company performed. In both cases he was incorrect. This contributed to the deadline being missed. When I complained about his lack of professionalism his boss sided with him. At PVMC I believe the customer is always wrong. Both Greg and his manager were unapologetic and indifferent about me as a customer and my circumstance. I do not recommend working with this company.

  Very happy with my experience with Pleasant Valley Home Mortgage. A great company to refinance or purchase with.
