  I have had a wonderful experience in a very troubling time. My debit card was recently compromised and I alerted the banking assistants. Ms.Kristy was so wonderful and caring. She sent my case to my local branch and Ms. Brenda was just as sweet. We have resolved my issue, although I'm without a debit card for a little while, there will be no more fraudulent charges. They also got me my money back the same day I signed the dispute paperwork!! Couldn't ask for any better! Great job PFB! You guys are the BEST!! THANKS SO MUCH!!

  I had questions about my account and my atm card. Both times these folks were extremely helpful and friendly. They followed through with my questions and got the answers I needed. Summer was absolutely awesome. Thank you Summer. And thank you Cathy for the help on my lockout account. They help with everything .

  I messaged the support center about a problem I was having with my mobile banking. I very quickly got a respect from Kristy. She promptly check on the problem and responded to me that the system was down but was being fixed and should be available asap. It was and my problem was solved. Kristy is always great to work with and is very knowledgeable.

  Support center is so easy to access and responses are always very quick. Resolution of any problems I ever have had have been exceptional!! Cynthia is great!!
