  Buying a home can be stressful and even difficult, but Michelle was very instrumental in getting us through the process and ultimately into our new home! As a loan officer, Michelle went above and beyond her duties to gather required items, manage expectations, and overall educate us through the process. She answered questions whenever asked - even on weekends. Michelle kept us informed all the way to our closing day.   Where to begin. Loretta was fantastic from start to finish. She took care of everything! She was patient with our questions and provided informative documents and videos explaining each step of the process. Loretta had referrals ready for a loan appraiser and notary. And most importantly our refi was executed so quickly and she secured us an unbelievably low rate. Absolutely recommend!
