  David Ambalu helped me refi twice. He contacted me everyday to keep me posted and to make sure i complete all the forms he sent. He stayed on me to keep us in the time frame. He answered his phone every time i called. He is very patient. I am thankful because I am a semi-difficult person to respond. Make sure you ask for David when calling to refi or to get a new loan.

  Ken returned every phone call quickly, and usually knew the answer to whatever I asked. If he didn’t know, it was only a short time before he called with an answer. Always pleasant and easy to talk to. Handled every detail and made an overwhelming (to me) transaction quick and simple. Every person I interacted with was also pleasant and efficient.
