  What happend to the old employees to this bank?!?! The "branch manager" pretends to be a manager, she needs to take some training to actually be a manager and then do her job. Glad I found a bank where you get treated how you should! This bank lost its customer service!

  They steal. Very shady. Didn't have any issues before. But now they have stolen money from me. Would NOT RECOMMEND EVER. Not ever again.

  Ms. Montoya, we apologize for the situation on your account. When the account was opened, you agreed to terms and conditions listed in the "your deposit account" pamphlet. Pioneer Bank executed the terms you agreed to.

  My new favorite bank pioneer bank goes above and beyond expectations when it comes to customer service. I am happy I decided to join them. I recommend them to anyone in the Ruidoso, Alto area if you're looking for phenomenal service. Thank you beverlee you were awesome!!! Best customer service I have received from any bank.   Just moved to Ruidoso last week and opened up a new account at Pioneer Bank. Beverly set up our account. She spent a lot of time with us and was very thorough in explaining the different options that we had and answered all of our questions. She did a great job and it was a great first experience with this bank.

  I went into Pioneer expecting the same "give us your money, and get out" attitude most other banks have. I went to Pioneer on the recommendation of several co-workers and friends that had nothing but praise, and I did not regret it one bit. I was serviced by Beverlee who not only patiently answered my questions and concerns, but also went out of her way to educate me on a lot of topics and options I would have had no clue about otherwise, she even stayed late to make sure I was satisfied. If nothing else, their customer service was top notch. Assuming that what I understand after leaving today is true, their services will be as well.

  My husband & I recently opened a checking account here. AWESOME customer service from Roxanna "Roxie" Segovia. Very professional & she made the process easy. Even got a free gift. We had a large bank prior to this. We were looking for something a little more personal & close to our second home in Alto. I think we've found it at Pioneer Bank!

  I have banked with Pioneer for years and have always had a great experience at any branch. Linda Brockman has always been personable, fast, and exceptionally pleasant to work with. She remembers everything and everyone she assists and shows true knowledge of your account. Derrick Thompson was super helpful, fast when I set up my new Savings Account, too! They all have wonderful customer service and I actually have referred quite a few friends to Pioneer, PLUS who doesn't love a free gift for it ;) Keep up the great work!

  This bank is great. Customer service is always top-notch They have an awesome referral system and sign on gift Last but certainly not least was Beverlee, who went above and beyond in helping me out today. I've never banked anywhere more welcoming. Definitely recommend!
