      Reading the shared poor experiences and agreeing 100%, can't even get a hold of anyone in member services anymore. PFCU use to have way better customer service and member accessibility.

      Arrived for my 2 pm appointment to open my second business account. I was missing a form and contacted the state to send it right over so I could open the account. The PFCU representative was patient and willing to allow me to wait 15 mins for the form to arrive in my email. No one was in the lobby waiting but me. The line outside was only for the ATM as I heard the supervisor ask if anyone had an appointment. The supervisor kicked me out and said they had no room for me to wait. I was literally sitting next to 2 empty chairs. I've been a member for 3 years. I will never use this branch again.

      This is my neighborhood credit union. They have always provided me with great customer service. I love how they serve the community with organizing shredding events throughout the year. I was able to take out a car loan to purchase my car, as well as benefit from other services they provided.

      First of all, they have an accessible ATM that is available 24/7. The services that they offer are comparable to the regular sevices that most of us look for in a commercial Bank but the charges for the same services are generally less. In addition, one can utilize your debit/Visa card in most other Credit Unions due to an agreement amongst Credit Unions. Finally, the financial statements for this Credit Union is much more transparent than most financial institutions. They post their statements in the area where the ATM is housed. Top-notch organization.

      The credit union has very nice employees, BUT my issue is with this certain branch. Pfcu charges you a fee for every little thing but their ATM NEVER works. So for a person like me who cant make it inside before office hours close. I occur many fees and that's very frustrating!!! This is the second time this week I came to this branch and the ATM was not working. The deposit field of this ATM NEVER works. This is my neighborhood location and it's not convenient at all. But pfcu makes sure they slap a fee on your account. So with all that being said no one will get a good rate/review from me for this company. I referred one person. I won't be referring another!

      I have a checking account, a savings account, a line of credit and a loan. I have been a customer with this bank for over 10 years and I deeply regret all of the time that I have wasted with investing my money in this terrible financial institution. I have a tight budget and pay my bills down to the last dollar. I live paycheck to pay check so I cannot afford for any miscellaneous charges to hit my account. Beware! This bank does not like to waive their bank fees, so you're on your own if your account ever goes negative. I had an unauthorized charge to my account because a credit card payment tried to hit my account twice. I called PFCU customer service and they wanted to charge me $15 to place a stop payment on the charge but wouldn't budge when I asked to have it waived because I am the one being inconvenienced! You want to charge me to protect my account from a transaction that I didn't authorize!? I'm calling to dispute the charge because I don't want to spend any extra money period! I get paid bi-weekly, and I expect to have my acct balance left in tact until I get my next paycheck. The credit card merchant has agreed to refund the $129.50 charge, but you won't place an immediate block to prevent another auto debit of funds out of the acct unless I pay an additional $15!? Whose the scam artist here!? They have a policy, if you caused the issue, they say there is nothing more we can do. I have worked at First Union, Wachovia Bank and Wells Fargo through all of those bank mergers for 8 years and the first thing that I've learned is that there is always something you can do, and to always try to go above and beyond for your customer. In this case I DID NOT cause the issue, but providing the highest level of customer service to protect my account was not even a priority unless I paid them. :( After my loans are paid off I am closing my accounts. I am posting this on every pfcu listing because that is how angry I still am!

      DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK & BRANCH : I have been a member just under three years and things have gone from good to incomprehensible. Frequent mistakes-terrible attitudes -incompetence and know my money was given to someone else because no one is doing their jobs. I will never ever do business with this bank again! Wow I’m sickened by this poor disgraceful excuse for a bank.

      The tellers at this branch are not only professional, but they are nice. I've been a member of PFCU for over 20 years and have been to most of the branches so I've seen them all. Whoever is hiring the ladies at this branch is doing a good job.

      I thought this bank would be better than police & fire but that is untrue! ATM won't take deposits . You have to wait until the bank opens to make a deposit .. not good for the working professional who has to be to work by 8 am . Bank is not personable at all! You have to video chat a person to ask questions about your account . Feels like a jail visit! Also they don't have the cash advance machine but they make you use the ATM to withdraw money to put back into your account causing you to get ATM surcharges . I will be going back to Police& Fire very soon!!!
