  Called this morning due to a payment I got behind on due to COVID, whoever I spoke to was very rude and unprofessional, wouldn’t let me speak so I could explain to her reason why I got behind my payment. Been with this bank for almost 3 yrs & this is the 2nd time I get behind on a payment but the other people I would speak to were not rude at all. Got me really upset that I had to call corporate on her waiting on a supervisor to call me, let’s see how long that takes because according to her she didn’t have one at the office at the moment I wanted to speak to them. Crazy how some people are if you don’t like what you do then find the job that makes you happy simple!

  I called the office to request information regarding my car. The lady that answered was very unprofessional. She was unable to provide information on a car that I currently finance from PFS. She did not show any care about my concerns.

  Horrible company. If you need a car loan or any type of lending do not get this company, run as far as you can. If I could rate it zero stars I would. Their rates are super high and they give you like 60 months and up to pay the loan back with those super high rates. So even if you purchased a cheap car by the time you finished paying the loan you would had payed your used car as if it was brand new. All they care about is money, they are money hungry and don't care about the customer. If you thought getting the car loan with them would help you build your credit or that it would do something good in your credit think twice. Because they do not report anything to your credit. I have had a car loan with them for almost a year and they have only reported one payment to my credit in almost 12 months, so in my credit it appears as if I haven't made no payments at all for the exception of one, so is hurting my credit really bad. I have called them to ask them why aren't they reporting anything to the credit and they gave me the excuse that they are in the process of changing companies and that the current company that they have wouldn't report anything and that they don't know why that company wouldn't report anything but that the new one will. Well I'm still waiting and nothing has happened. Also, no matter if you pay your loan on time your loan principal will never go down, like ever. The amount I owe them is still the same amount that it was since I got the loan with them almost a year ago. When I asked them why that was, they said that because at the beggining all the payments go to the company and after a while a little portion would start going to my principal, like what kind of rip off is this? But yet I read the papers they gave me when I got the loan with them, and no where in there does it say that they would charge a lot at the beggining of the loan. Like it makes no sense, they are money hungry and they are professional crooks. Please people STAY AWAY!!!

  Worst company ever to finance a car with and I love my car ! But the company’s customer service is very horrible, the staff is very unprofessional and rude. And they do not report your payments to your credit

  Terrible customer service. I call to ask some question regarding the process to get a loan for a new car and the only thing I receive was insults. Unfortunately I did not get the full name of the lady who answer the call but I'm pretty sure it was Williams. It is a shame that person with no customer service knowledge have to answer the calls.
