  The employees at the Conklin branch are very polite women . I have never had anyone be rude to me. The bank manager is a well informed woman who knows her job and has always been friendly. Sorry you had a bad experience. Maybe your attitude was poor.

  The loan officers that work there both Sue and Amy need further training in how to assist customers in a professional environment. Neither of them quite understand they work for their members, not the other way around. The apathy of their tellers is clearly a direct reflection of their lack of leadership.

  They are the rudest bank people I have ever dealt with. I's give then 0 stars if I could. When I needed something notarized they did for my father who has an account but not for me because I don't have one. I found out later that is a felony. A notary can't refuse. Plus their tone on the phone is pleasant for a minute and then they get put out and rude.

  This was the absolute nicest Bank people I've ever dealt with the manager was so accommodating during the covid-19 she even came outside to the truck as we were not allowed in the branch to do all the new paperwork processing that is necessary for a new account

  Very unpleasant branch manager. Very disrespectful and thinks she can talk to customers any way she wants. Dissatisfied.
