Clint Edwards5Peoples First is a community bank in the city of Mason since 1909. There is a reason its been there for so long. They are easy to work with and you can actually talk to someone if needed. Your not just a number like the big banks. Best of all they have all the services that the big banks have except without the fees.

Staff is efficient, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. The whole process went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend them.

The tellers where great at showing me how to get signed on since conversion while I was at the bank on Saturday in mason.

a4skyraider1DO NOT ever put your money in this place. First of all, it looks like it hasn't been remodeled since the 60's. What really has me mad is that I drove 35 miles to get there, to get a high interest CD for my elderly mom, who is in a nursing home. CD interest helps pay for her nursing home expenses. This bank advertises very high CD interest rates. Anyway, I went with a valid, recent Ohio attorney prepared, POA. They would not honor it, telling me that my mom had to be there in person to open the account. She can't, she is in a nursing home! That is the reason POA's were created!!! Also, they were not friendly, and the place is a dump. Would avoid this bank like the plague.
