      So I admit I was fooled at first. Rick is a genuine good guy so this is NOT directed at him. I got 1 small loan (half the minimum they offer). I made a payment an I admit it was SLIGHTLY late, however I made the payment in full an offered an apology for the said payment being late. Due to unfortunate circumstances during this pandemic, my second payment was also late, so I made it a point to pay extra on my payment, an again offer an apology for it being late. When I made my second payment I was told I could renew that day for $56, I turned it down. Now today I call to try an renew for $20 for gas/food, an got rejected cause my other payments was late. You guys got your payment an extra, and a sincere sorry. What do you want from me???
