      I've been banking here for at least 25 years. I'm a local accountant that always, 100% of the time recommend People's bank when a client ask what bank to use. Tiffany, Mylinh, Heather...even before them, Brooke Little, Deborah, Danny Yang....you get to know the workers and they care about you. Whoever left that one single bad review is obviously bending the truth of the matter of the facts of whatever situation that may or may not have happened. I'll admit that some other locations of People's bank doesn't have the best tellers, they are very few and generally I notice they don't last long with employment. People's bank as a whole is by far without question the best bank in this Catawba County area.

      The drive thru teller Brooke has the best customer service I have ever seen at any peoples bank. She is so friendly, funny, and understanding. Everyone at peoples bank should learn from her and I mean everyone!

      Went in to make a deposit got a Super bad and rude customers service. When I was ready to leave, she threw the receipt at me like a card dealer. If you can't handle customer service I suggest you go find another job where you don't have to deal with customers.
