Awful.. you can not get up with anyone over the phone, I drove 2 hours there and was told by someone in another part of the building that they decided to take the day off and I asked how could they do that during their normal business hours.. the reply I got back was that "They left a sign on the door the day before to let people know". How in the world can you run a business this way? I've never been so mad!

Awful.. Can't call bank there phone are always busy .. There web sites always down and if you need assistance with something good luck talking to someone after lunch because there all gone . I've never been more disgusted with a business as this one .. I think there goal is to piss people off ..
