It's a joke. 50 minutes in line 2 days ago and 30 minutes today to do some simple banking. Going to move my money to another bank. This place is getting slower and slower

Horrible customer service. Incorrectly informed by employees on a few different occasions only to be told I was the one at fault. After 15+ years with this bank, I had to close all accounts and would not recommend this bank to anyone.
