  This particular branch has dropped the ball for preparations for the Snow Storm Of 2020!! The security guard informed me that the bank were only operating the drive thru.... But Guess what the Parking Lot nor was the drive thru plowed!! My husband and I were stuck in the parking lot... As a professional establishment there should Have been a Better plan put into place!!! Smh... Signed, One aggravated Customer.

  I've been going to this Bank for many years because of the people there?!.. they are courteous they are down to earth and they treat your money with the respect giving you all of the information up front in all of the new ways that are happening during covid-19 here at this bank they are going to make sure that customer service is a number one! 💯💯💯

  The customer service was good but the wait was too long. I spent almost 40 minutes waiting to get help.

  The ATM machine after hours is useless, the door mechanism has been broken for months, they don't care , I won't be surprised they do that with the security system
