  I have been using Peoples for my checking needs for many years now. The downtown office is convenient and has a drive-thru and ATM. The tellers are friendly and knowledgeable. If you are in Stop and Shop buying your groceries Oh, there is a satellite branch there as well.

  My debit card was compromised and needed to be canceled. All good. in efforts to get a new one, everything at this branch from the manager was "no". When i pressed for options, it was, "well, yes but there's a fee associated with that". I stressed that I didn't care about a fee but it was all No. can I open a checking account and get a card on the spot for that? "But there's fees with a checking account". After I confirmed that my head hadn't exploded, I set up a new account and ordered a new debit card for my business. But that came in wrong too, tied to my new checking account instead of the business account. Bottom line is: As I told them at the bank, Peoples is bad for small business. I'm going to TD Bank North, where I can walk in and walk out with a new business checking, a shiny new business debit card and a Mobil banking app without "limitations".

  As a new customer, I was treated with respect and understanding. Having shopped for a new bank, they were happy to help immediately. I’m recently divorced and have had to start over completely at an age.... so thank you

  Very convenient location. The tellers make the visit. They know all their regulars and are always happy to see them.
