Marie McGregor4Constant having issues with the mobile app. Tried deleting and reloading, deleting, turning off my phone, back on and then reinstalling....nothing has worked. But the branch I deal with always has extremely friendly service reps that at helpful in all business matters.

Tellers are not very well trained and not able to answer even the most basic question without checking with a senior teller or manager. Always,always,always a problem using this bank branch.
