  I was shorted $50.00 when cashing my checks on Saturday 2-6-21 , I’ll never not count my money before leaving the teller. I’ll have to call them Monday morning and hope they are over that amount and can verify, will update my post afterwards. Called and spoke to Layla, great customer service, she looked into it and she will be calling me back by 3 tomorrow. Will update again

  Unbelievably bad. I made a cash deposit and the ATM ate the money, then did not process transaction. It gave me some hokey transaction receipt that did not even list the ATM's ID #. This happened right in front of a teller, on camera, and she could do absolutely nothing for me besides admit that "there have been many problems with this machine." It was a significant sum of cash. I now have to file a claim to get my own money back. Forty minute wait time on the phone. I am changing banks.

  They providing BAD SERVICE .My account get freeze for 3,4 days because i didn't give any new address proff i didn't any call or notice from bank too just freezed ...
