  I love being a member of this credit union. We have been with them for about five years now and I have no complaints! I think the merger with Pelican has been nothing but positive improvements. I’m very excited about the new Website and App improvements and the staff is always friendly and willing to help. Thanks Pelican. 😊

  I think the pandemic has created staffing challenges for every single business, and the Pelican Credit Union in Covington is still providing excellent customer service with a great team of warm and friendly and wonderful staff. I appreciate getting greeted by name when I walk in their lobby - it’s the best bank in Covington.

  I became a member of Pelican State CU when First Castle FCU merged with them. I absolutely love this credit union and am so thankful for this merger! The Covington staff are always so friendly and willing to help. Pelican is a great financial resource for the Northshore area 😊

  Covington branch was very helpful and so nice ! We brought out 3yr old in and they were so sweet to her she always wants to go inside! They go out of their way to call you and email you if you have any questions or concerns.

  After the buyout service is horrible, the have centralized "Customer Service". Do not go to them. They have lost all the benefits of being a credit union. I have been trying to rest my password because they loaded a new app today. going on 30 min.

  This credit union used to be a friendly and helpful place to do banking, when it was First Castle. Since Pelican has taken over, I seem to have an issue every single transaction. The Branch Manager - James Furst is especially rude and unhelpful. So much for customer service. I don’t recommend joining Pelican. The fees are ridiculous. The employees are incompetent. It’s awful. Not even one star is low enough.

  It is 12:15 and I have been on hold for over 10 minutes. Really? I have been an account holder with First Castle FCU and never had the issues I have with Pelican FCU. Even when I go in person, the place is vacant except for the drive-up teller. She ask you to wait and someone will be with you shortly. After 10 minutes we left. I am sure they will blame all this on COVID 19. This type of service began as soon as Pelican took over. Not a happy customer.
