  I am so pleased we met and worked with Matt for our new home financing. He made this process extremely easy. He was always available for any questions and answered each issue far better than we could have imagined. Matt worked out every detail for my wife and I to move into the home of our dreams. I would highly recommend Matt to everyone. You will not be disappointed. He's the best.

  Matt was wonderful to work with and made our loan for our house go through without any problems. We had issues with other lenders, but Matt assured us we would get our loan for our mortgage and made the process easy for us along the way. We are now in our dream home and we have Matt to thank for that. We highly recommend Matt!

  Matt and his team at PeakView Mortgage are super to work with. Communication was excellent. Sometimes in the evening we would send a text or email expecting to hear back on the next business day. We usually had a response within a few minutes. We looked into a mortgage with one of the large national lenders but PeakView had a better interest rate AND lower fees to close the loan. I highly recommend PeakView Mortgage and when I purchase another home or refinance I will definitely do business with them again.

  Matt was easily and quickly able to get us the house we wanted when other lenders weren’t! He worked for us day and night to keep the process going, is very knowledgeable and absolutely happily works for you! We highly recommend him!!!

  Working with PeakView Mortgage was one of the best choices that we made with purchasing our new home. Matt and his team made the process so easy and smooth. Before we went under contract, Matt went above and beyond to help us figure out all of the aspects of our mortgage prior to us officially going with his company. No other lender or mortgage broker was willing to do this. As a first time home buyer, I wanted to make sure that I had factored everything into the mortgage correctly. We never had to resubmit documents after the 1st time which I've heard is common with other lenders. I highly recommend working with PeakView Mortgage.

  Matt helped my wife and I to get a mortgage for the purchase of our first property. He is very professional, hardworking and effective. He is also very reliable, honest and resourceful.   Thanks to Matt, we were able to buy our property, and we could not be happier! Our situation was far from ideal and get a mortgage right at this moment seemed to be like an impossible task, but he just made it happen! He is simply the best at what he does! We recently moved to the state of Colorado from Florida and we did not know anybody in the area. But Matt's professionalism, kindness and honesty made us feel comfortable and at ease throughout the whole process. You can tell that he sincerely likes to help others through his job so I can guarantee you that he will do anything in his power to get the assistance, guidance and support you need. He is very knowledgeable and professional in his job but is also a very kind, caring, patient, supportive and reliable person. He makes every effort to ensure that you understand this sometimes complicated process of getting a loan and goes the extra mile for you to have a satisfactory and positive overall experience.
