  Have a recent/ongoing situation with this bank where due to the staff, either purposely or carelessly choosing not to explain how a guardianship works on a joint account, resulted in being locked out of an account meant to pay the funeral costs if and when one member on the account passed away. The last thing a family in mourning needs to deal with is being locked out of an account when those funds are necessary for the funeral now. We know now we should have assumed they don’t have the best interest of their customers. It’s just money making business and we should have asked more questions. But if you’re interested in having this bank handle your account with a guardianship attached assume they aren’t telling you the important details and ask a lot of questions.

  One of the best banks in Oklahoma! All personnel I have dealt with are always so very friendly, helpful and have gone above and beyond to provide service.

  I wanted to start banking here again, but they ask you to say your account number out loud over the intercom at the branch on 33 (not sure about the one on main). I find that highly inappropriate. Other than that, the people are real nice and do a great job.

  This bank is doo doo. Edit: I was too harsh this bank is actually not doo doo and has helped me out a ton. They're just a small town bank in no rush to expand. The people working here are great & everything. I just wish they'd open a branch in Stillwater or atleast put some more atms in Stillwater. Currently there is only 2 in Stilly and they're both in bad spots.

  One of the last independent banks in the area. This is hometown banking at it's customer service best. They know you by name and are happy to see you, even when you are asking for money.

  This bank is rude after 25yrs or so of doing business. Time to get out of PCB. Payne/pain is correct!

  Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They know you by name after a few visits. Offer cookies and cold drinks.

  Have no complaint other than they close at 4 instead of 5.
