Customer Service has gone down hill. When I first joined they were so helpful to their customers. They were community friendly. Now even depositing a 25 dollar check has become as hassle. No matter how you bank, you can’t bank right per their management. They really treat you like you are beneath them. I’d recommend Navigant or Bristol which is down the street.

Happy customer since 1999! :) Great mortgage and equity rates. Online banking could offer improved and more simplified payee lookup for bill payment.
