  Have been long-standing customer of PCU, generally dealing with the East Providence branches, but decided yesterday to go to the Smithfield Ave., branch for convenience reasons. I will never return for many reasons. First, the customer corral was set-up in the opposite direction, which was disorienting. Then one of the tellers stood up in the customer area saying she could help me. I asked her "from where?" Said she was working the drive thru window, and could help me. I waited to go to a real telller.I Made a small withdrawal, and ending up leaving most of it behind. Just a really frustrating experience.

  Traded in my car and had an automatic payment withdraw funds from my account. Making the deership over pay for my new vehicle so now I have money in limbo that I can't seem to get back because there's no way to speak to an actual human being.

  Keep locking me out of my mobile account for no reason. Makes my life miserable. Apparently they don't need to fix that because it's not too inconvenient.

  drive through is trash people are super rude take extremely long and when you get to the window they greet you with “do you need something”.

  Twenty-five years of banking with PCU and I have never had a negative experience at any branch. The employees are competent and pleasant. The absence of dizzying fees of other RI banks makes PCU an especially good choice.

  Waited for well over 30 mins to open a checking account without service. No customers were waiting and no customer services personal could be found. I suggest going to one of the other 6531527 banks within a 5 mile radius. Customers are clearly bothersome at this branch

  PCU was my 1st bank I had ever banked with since I was 18... When I went to college I had to switch banks because PCU was not a local bank to where I was going . I've since 20 years later had all other banks and this bank by far is the best!!!!

  No 24 hour chat or calling and my card gets locked ALL THE TIME. It drives me crazy!!!
