  Not impressed with the recent changes. Called to ask a question about my mortgage, got transferred 3x and the 4th was a voicemail. Two and a half hours later still haven’t heard from them. Never had this issue before.

  Tried to find a place that would cash savings bonds without having an account and this was it! Super nice and attentive and got the job done :)

  We went on vacation and forgot to mail the car payment. (Until recently we couldn't pay online because we refuse to bank with them.) This is the first time we missed a payment. Thought we would get a late fee (we did) but we also got a repossession notice. On our first missed payment they placed the loan in a default status, threatened repossession, and if we miss a payment they'll just take the car without notice. Satan is more forgiving then these people. Seriously avoid them like they are aids infested lepers.

  Wendie, branch manager, is competent, efficient and helpful. Kathy is knowledgeable, patient and eager to assist in any way. Both women know me by name when I enter the bank. They are a gift to the PCU. Sincerely, Maryam Redmond, customer.

  It took 8 weeks to get a debit card and check book back in May 2018. Now the atm took my card away and the lady at the bank said that I have to go I pawtucket to get my card, that bank is closed to covid 19 and they don’t have a drive thru.
