  used to love this pawn shop and would always go in there but after this situation I wont be back in there its broke and tried to return next day with receipt and was told they will not exchange or refund nothing

  Bought a solitaire and wedding band for me and a 9 mm for my husband. Customer service was great. There were2 ladies and we were cutting up with each other. Very laid back.

  Was in yesterday after hearing it was under new management the place has made a 180 it is a great place know and would definitely recommend. If you haven been in here in a long time give it another chance the staff was super nice and helpful

  I have never shopped at a pawn shop before but was recommended by a friend to check out “ Waverly Pawn” to see if they had the item I was looking for cheaper than a retailer I was looking to buy the tool from. I ended up buying the tool at a local retailer spending more money. I felt The way I was treated and the customer service was poor. I’d rather spend an extra “buck” at a retail store who welcomes customers and is welcome to questions. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone and wouldn’t spend a dime in this store just due to the employee staff whom I believe are ruining this establishment. BEWARE!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

  They sell Blu-ray’s starting at 12 dollars a piece but only buy them for 50 cents and offered 35 for a violin. Anyone that knows about instruments knows that this is absolutely ridiculous! They lowball people whenever they think they can, do NOT waste your time.

  I'd never pawn anything with these guys again. Nothing but a rip off & absolutely overpriced. Go somewhere else if you can.

  Prices are so high you could go by the same things brand new and save a lot of money! Who ever is pricing the items especially the guns doesn't wanna sale! And it's costing the store money and customers and that's not good in a small town! No business skills at all!!!

  It is a small pawn shop in a small town, can't expect much from that, but the items it has are in great quality.
