  I know the current situation...they are open but I was just turned away by a guy(goofy) at the door who apparently doesn't want money!! I buy here frequently probably over $1000 or more this year alone!! I will NEVER shop here again!

  Stopped in today to browse ,my 7 year old daughter saw a nintindo switch that she wanted .....i asked to see it ..the gentleman said sure ..(very nice guy ) unfortunately the switch wasnt in the best condition broken door on the back and screen had some pretty nasty deep scratches..i asked the lady that stepped in if she would take any less for it since i have always been able to work something out with other staff ...she said "no i wont" ...i said ok ..im not interested ...she said whatever i have someone coming for it anyway .....i replied i didnt need to know that ...since my 7 yr old daughter was standing there ....she had very little sales tact ...and absolutely zero customer service skills ...im an adult and can ignore her rude comments .....my daughter however was heartbroken at her nasty response to us ......bad for business *update* I spoke with JAY from another location, I'd like to say thank you to him for being so helpful,as this is one of my go to places for a great sale and experience!
