      As friendly as the people are, the bank itself is terrible. The fraud department has locked me out several times. Today was payday, and when I went to pay my bills, i got locked out. Now my bills are late, the bank is closed, and there was no fixing it. Tomorrow I'll be closing my account. If someone needs to pay their bills, they should be able to. I got no call, email, or text message that this happened. I wish every employee the best, but as for suggesting this bank to anyone, I'd suggest banking elsewhere.

      This is sincerely the worse bank ever! We have had to fill out 64 affidavit of money being stolen out of our account, that the bank refuses to put back. Totaling up to $84,000!! They say they don't feel responsible for this to have happened. The president of the bank doesn't comprehend his own job and is a crook. They also don't believe in checking IDs. Because they don't check IDs, you could probably take everyone's money and they would say it's not their fault. I would NOT RECOMMEND this place to keep your money safe. They are a scam and don't care about their customers safety.

      I would never recommend this bank for checking, savings, or loans of any kind. They have been completely useless during these times of crisis. You can definitely find a better bank.
