  Mike Dean had been professional from start to finish. Not saying that he was stiff as a stick, he was always patient and understanding. Was very empathetic to our needs and feeling especially since we were having such a hard time with our initial lender. Any questions we had was always met with a quick and understandable answer, and an explanation if we still did not understand. Would have saved a lot of time and money if we knew about Mike Dean and his amazing team. We know where to go if we ever plan on another home.

  If you are looking to refinance your home, go to John Schoonmaker at Cardinal Financial. I recently worked with him and he is by far the best of the best. The whole transaction took a short three weeks, very little paperwork and John was in constant communication with me. He promptly returns calls and was always there to answer my questions.   Christina was incredible to work with.
