  David was amazing! I am a new home buyer and know nothing of the process so I went though a bigger loan company and my realtor thought that they were not helping me out the best with my loan so he suggested David for me. David confirmed that he could get me a better loan with better guidelines. I didn’t even need an FHA loan through David which is even better. David takes care of you like you are his own family and I really appreciate everything he did for me. He answered all my questions (even on the weekends when I was so worried about buying a home). Don’t second guess yourself, just choose Caliber Home Loans. You won’t regret it for one second. Thank you again David for taking care of me and helping me get my first home!

  My experience with Caliber and specifically with David went as smooth as possible. I had done a refinance with David in the past, and was expecting this experience to be as flawless as my last. He didn't disappoint! His communication and attention to detail was just what I expected! I got a great rate and knocked 10 years and an unbelievable amount of money off of my loan. I would recommend David Brandel to anyone looking to refinance, and especially to my fellow veterans who currently have a VA loan.

  Mare Mader is the most responsive professional I have dealt with. If you need a loan ask for her as she will work for you all the way through the process. In this market when time is critical you will be glad you have Mare on your side. Caliber loans matched other competitors and was very efficient, but be ware very thorough.
