  I had an exceptional customer service experience at this branch. A lot of companies preach "customer first" or "treat others the way you would want to be treated", but this branch practices what so many only preach. They went above and beyond my expectations to make a difficult and emotional experience so much easier. Even when we ran into hiccups, they were understanding and helped us work through the complications. To the branch members: Thank you treating us like family. Thank you for being good humans. I won't soon forget your kindness.

  I love this bank! The employees are so nice and always so helpful. We have been going there for about 9 years now, and the employees have become like family. They always go above and beyond to make sure our needs are met.

  I will make my story short and straight to the point. If you want to save some money stay away from PARKWAY BANK!!!!!! This bank main source of income is overdraft fees, which they numerous ways of getting it out of you. Most inconvenient bank ever, I'm getting my last check out and closing my account. Worst bank I have ever had.

  I want to thank Anna Amato for staying past closing time to assist me with a financial matter. I had to work late Friday, May 5, 2017 and I arrived at Parkway Bank just before closing. I was a bit rattled from rushing and Anna listened to me, calmed me down, and resolved my financial matter. Thanks Anna.
