  This was by far the best lending experience I have ever had. From the first day I spoke with John, I felt I was in good hands. John walked me through the entire process, advised me what I needed to do to get it done, he was honest about time frames and set realistic expectations.   Kevin was great to work with. Stopping by the house to pick up refi documents on a Saturday was a huge help. great feedback time and response on every email a soon as possible. We also just USed Kevin for a new MOrtgage as well. He is a pleasure to work with.
